Book Traveling Thursdays: A Book that makes me think about Christmas

booktravelingthursdaysHello, Thursday!

I’ve been looking forward for this day since the weekend. It’s my first time to participate in this book tag and I can’t contain my excitement for the upcoming topics in the future. I would also like to make a shoutout for Cristina because it is in her blog that I learned about this tag.

Book Traveling Thursdays is a weekly bookish meme hosted by Catia and Danielle. For you to participate, join the Goodreads group and visit it at the beginning of each month to see a list of weekly themes. After choosing a book that fits the theme, look for different covers of different editions and write your blog post with the original cover, the covers from your country, your favorite cover, and your least favorite cover.

Since it’s Christmas Time! this week’s theme is to Choose a book that makes you think about Christmas. I’m gonna choose My True Love Gave To Me: Twelve Holiday Stories written by twelve amazing authors namely  Stephanie Perkins, Holly Black, Ally Carter, Matt de la Pena, Gayle Forman, Jenny Han, David Levithan, Kelly Link , Myra McEntire, Rainbow Rowell, Laini Taylor, Kiersten White. I know that my choice is too obvious but there’s also another reason why I chose this book, it’s been in my Currently Reading shelf in goodreads for almost 2 years now and I still haven’t finished it. It makes me want to read it only on holidays but either I have other books to read or I’m just not in the mood to read that’s why I just couldn’t finish this book sooner. Hopefully, before 2016 ends I would be able to mark this as Read *fingers crossed*
